[Remote] Senior Finance Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and requires a proactive leader to drive financial excellence and ensure compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
- Prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries for executive leadership
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely submission of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts
- Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Monitor financial KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency
Skills
- Progressive experience in finance and in a managerial or senior role
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
