Remote SEO Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and improve SERP rankings.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Audit websites regularly to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to optimize web pages, blogs, and landing pages for SEO.
- Monitor performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and conversions using tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Perform backlink analysis and build high-quality link-building strategies.
- Create periodic SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic rankings and traffic through ethical SEO practices.
- Experience working with international websites and multilingual SEO is a plus.
Working Hours
- Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
- Must be available for virtual meetings and collaboration during core business hours (as per company timezone).
