As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients in Sweden.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Swedish speaking careerzynith Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and evaluate solutions, and communicating effectively with clients
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Work Schedule:

This position requires working variable hours to meet customer demand, including day shifts, late evenings, and weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with schedules acknowledged 6 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal life accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong conversation skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic conversation skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., late, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Initial 4 weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a table and chair
  • A minimum 20mbps download and 8mbps upload broadband connection speed using a hard-cord Ethernet net connection (no WiFi)
