Remote Travel Experience Specialist
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Experience Specialists. This role is centered on helping clients plan and coordinate memorable adults-only travel experiences, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, luxury escapes, and international destinations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a passion for travel, and excels at creating personalized experiences based on individual preferences and goals. As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will consult with clients to understand their interests, budget, and travel expectations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and unique experiences to create customized travel recommendations. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential for ensuring a seamless client experience from initial consultation through trip completion.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to identify travel preferences and goals Research destinations, accommodations, and travel experiences Create customized travel recommendations and itineraries Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements Maintain accurate client records and documentation Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel experiences Build and maintain strong client relationships through referrals, networking, and repeat business
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously Comfortable using online systems, research tools, and communication platforms Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Passion for travel and creating exceptional client experiences Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or travel-related fields is beneficial but not required
