Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Work From Home - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. This will involve:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Familiarity with multiple systems and software applications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with careerzynith, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join careerzynith Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients.
