[Remote] Workday Financials, Senior Principal Consultant

Collaborative Solutions, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in Workday solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. The role involves guiding clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance implementation while leading and mentoring other consultants.
Responsibilities
- Be a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing and implementation
- Reinforces company policies and procedures to others
- Drives and makes decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams
- Identifies dependencies and supports interplay between different workstreams within a project
- Leads, mentors, and oversees the work of other Consultants within their projects
- Expected to be Subject matter expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects and Expenses area
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
- 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required
- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area. Cloud ERP experience will be an advantage
- Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable) experience
- Experience in working with another financial ERP system such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool will be considered for this role
- Background in financial or supply chain roles
- Data driven and solution driven mindset
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
