What you will do:

- Build and optimize the company's outbound engine by testing new playbooks, identifying target account lists, and scaling successful channels.
The ideal candidate:
- Possesses 1-2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role with a proven track record of generating consistent outbound pipeline.
- Demonstrates high resilience and a competitive ""winner"" mindset, comfortable making 100+ cold calls a day and handling frequent rejection.
