Senior Sales Development Representative Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is suited for a seasoned SDR who can independently manage prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting while serving as a mentor to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification Set and manage sales appointments and product demos Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets Maintain clean and accurate CRM data Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies Support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed Required Qualifications experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered Experience working with US or UK-based companies Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills High level of self-motivation and time management

Preferred Qualifications
