Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from prospective patients
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand patient goals and concerns
- Build trust and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Handle objections and answer questions confidently
- Schedule qualified patients for appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up communication
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of phone-based sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Organized and comfortable working remotely
- Interest in health, wellness, or helping others
Important Requirements
- Applicants must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones
- Must be available to work East Coast business hours
- Strong spoken English and professional phone communication required
