Process per-study licence agreements, multi-territory arrangements, and solution bundles. Develop and maintain customer relationships across pharmaceutical, CRO, and academic sponsor accounts, identifying expansion opportunities through additional instruments, languages, or service add-ons. Coordinate with our strategic delivery partner on deals originated through the co-sell channel, ensuring the Wiley commercial position is managed and service delivery is seamless. Maintain accurate pipeline and deal data in Salesforce, providing regular reporting on deal activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback. Work alongside the broader COA Solutions commercial team to deliver against revenue targets.

Working knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) instruments and their role in clinical trials. Knowledge of multi-territory licensing arrangements. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and CRO landscape. Experience working in a fast-moving commercial environment. Additional languages an advantage. We power infinite possibilities.
