Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Strategy Execution

  • Develop, implement, and iterate on commercial strategies that drive vendor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for careerzynith’s marketplace.
  • Identify high‑impact metrics, set performance targets, and track progress against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology—to align vendor initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Lead the creation of detailed business cases for new vendor programs, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for careerzynith’s vendors, delivering exceptional service through live chat, email, and phone interactions.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with vendors, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate within careerzynith.
  • Conduct regular vendor satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with careerzynith policies and marketplace standards.

Data Entry & Process Excellence

  • Oversee accurate and timely data entry for product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional information using careerzynith’s Supplier Achievement Software.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing SOPs, propose streamlined workflows, and lead implementation of automation tools.
  • Leverage vendor and marketplace data to uncover trends, root‑cause issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to develop enhancements that improve data quality and reduce manual effort.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor vendor performance, marketplace health, and customer experience metrics.
  • Prepare concise, data‑rich reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by testing hypotheses, measuring outcomes, and scaling successful initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management, account supervision, or a similar client‑facing role, preferably within an e‑commerce or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, data entry tools, and spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Self‑starter attitude, comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments, and able to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
