Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain remote‑based content valuation models that support quarterly close and financial planning for both scripted and unscripted titles across careerzynith’s global DTC platforms.
  • Consolidate quarterly regional content valuation entries, identify key variance drivers, and translate findings into concise insights for senior leadership.
  • Assist in the creation of long‑range and budgetary planning forecasts, adapting models to reflect evolving business scenarios and market dynamics.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to finance partners in DTC Finance, Studio Finance, Legal, and Controllership, ensuring alignment on valuation methodology and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to uncover process efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the accuracy of attribution models.
  • Curate and analyze large data sets to produce recommendations that drive strategic insights and improve content investment decisions.
  • Monitor and track content performance metrics such as Nielsen ratings, audit scores, and industry benchmarks, providing early‑stage alerts for potential revenue impacts.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects that explore new valuation frameworks, support emerging content formats, and refine internal controls.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in financial analysis, content valuation, or a comparable analytical role within the media or entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VSTACK, and array formulas.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large data sets and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) – a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, compelling manner to senior stakeholders.
