Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and manage multi‑channel campaigns that promote new product offers, credit cards, and banking solutions for existing careerzynith card members.
  • Channel Management: Oversee daily operations of the site channel, ensuring that performance targets for acquisition, activation, and retention are consistently met.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively surface growth opportunities by collaborating with cross‑functional partners to develop and implement enhancements that improve the customer journey.
  • Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Partner with the analytics team to translate raw data into actionable insights, feeding recommendations back into campaign strategy and execution.
