Senior Business Analytics Analyst

Job Description:

• Responsible for promoting 340B program success across Covered Entity, pharmacy, and gateway programs
• Develop working relationships with a wide variety of customers (CEs, pharmacies, TPAs) as well as internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Sales, Accounting, Finance and others)
• Proactively provide summary and detail insights for assigned analysis projects
• Demonstrate flexibility to support urgent data inquiries and lead the effort to resolve issues
• Serve as an expert customer resource for how V340B, VHUB, Verisave, NDC Optimizer, and Referral Capture to provide meaningful insights
• Manage a variety of routine reporting efforts
• Learn and utilize internal database access to support analysis and data requests

Requirements:

• BA or BS in Business or Healthcare field or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 3 years' plus experience, specifically within Financial Analysis, Auditing, Business Analytics, Account Management, or a 340B Eligible Pharmacy Entity
• Prior experience with 340B analytics a plus
• Experience with Studio 3T and database structures is desirable
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills at all levels of an organization
• Solid analytical, organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
• Ability to work well in a team centric environment
