Senior Cloud Network Engineer (Work From Home)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and troubleshoot cloud networks connecting GCP, Microsoft Azure, and partner carriers such as Equinix and Telnyx. - Maintain minimal network latency (<50ms) and keep hybrid transit lines clear. Provision Private Service Connect (PSC) pathways to securely link Gemini Enterprise Agents with internal customer databases. - Achieve 100% data insulation and prevent unauthorized network data exfiltration. Draft, review, and test declarative Terraform scripts to automate standard network configurations. - Ensure zero manual configuration drift within critical production layers. Utilize GCP Network Intelligence Center to run connectivity tests, analyze routing topologies, and evaluate packet health. - Proactive detection of routing loops, latency spikes, or dynamic BGP route drops. Set up and manage global application load balancers to distribute conversational traffic safely. - Guarantee zero downtime during massive traffic scale-ups or sudden regional outages. Write and refine Cloud Armor rule sets, access control lists, and cloud firewall parameters. - Ensure complete protection against external DDoS attacks and unauthorized network incursions. Participate in daily standups and engineering syncs with cloud architects, SREs, and conversational AI specialists. - Seamless deployment synchronization and rapid resolution of platform-wide blockages.
