Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Partner closely with product owners, business analysts, and technology teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
• Data Architecture & Modeling: Design and implement scalable data models on the careerzynith data platform, ensuring high‑quality, standardized metric definitions for VoC analytics.
• Big Data Processing: Leverage Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to enable batch and real‑time analytics that deliver actionable insights.
• Automation & Efficiency: Identify repetitive tasks and develop automation scripts (Python, Shell) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting.
• Proven track record designing and maintaining large‑scale data pipelines in a cloud or on‑premise environment.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with survey platforms and VoC tools (e.g., careerzynith’s own survey solution).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and technical leads to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Solid grasp of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
