As the Senior Manager – Customer Analytics you will be the analytical engine behind careerzynith’s customer‑centric strategy. You will partner with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing to translate raw data into actionable insights that improve customer satisfaction, increase retention, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis & Forecasting: Dive deep into customer usage, performance, and product data. Identify trends, explain variances, and develop forward‑looking forecasts that inform product roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies.
