About careerzynith – Shaping the Future of Online Video

careerzynith is a world‑leading technology company that powers one of the largest video‑sharing ecosystems on the planet. With billions of daily views, millions of creators, and a vibrant global community, careerzynith is at the intersection of cutting‑edge innovation and cultural influence. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to give everyone a voice, to inspire curiosity, and to connect people through shared stories. As a member of the careerzynith family, you will work alongside visionary engineers, product leaders, and policy experts who are dedicated to building a safe, inclusive, and thriving digital environment.

Why This Role Matters – The Impact of Outreach Operations

The Outreach Operations Specialist is a critical bridge between careerzynith’s internal policy teams and the external creator community. In this remote, full‑time position, you will lead high‑stakes incident response, risk mitigation, and strategic communication initiatives that protect both the platform and its users. Your work will directly influence how creators experience the platform, ensuring that their content remains visible, safe, and compliant with careerzynith’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for cross‑functional partners on product and policy changes that affect creator risk.
  • Initiate and manage complex, high‑impact creator escalations, acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Design, launch, and coordinate cross‑functional outreach campaigns that align with broader careerzynith initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes, propose data‑driven improvements, and implement proactive solutions that reduce future incidents.
  • Act as an Incident Lead on designated weekends, overseeing rapid‑response efforts and coordinating resources across legal, policy, product, and communications teams.
  • Own sensitive, high‑visibility cases from inception to resolution, crafting tailored communication strategies via email, social channels, and phone to mitigate brand and safety risks.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to understand local creator concerns, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing policy evolution and product roadmap decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience handling high‑complexity projects or client‑facing roles, with at least 4 years in incident response, risk moderation, or customer service environments.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven track record of translating data insights into strategic actions for technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership, legal counsel, and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize competing demands, and adjust quickly to evolving platform dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience working with large‑scale online platforms, especially in content moderation, policy enforcement, or creator support.
  • Strong understanding of internet safety, digital rights, and the legal landscape surrounding user‑generated content.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages or experience supporting international creator communities.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker) and incident tracking systems.
  • Passion for the creator ecosystem and a deep empathy for the challenges creators face on digital platforms.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing granular details.
  • Problem Solving: Creative, data‑driven approaches to complex, ambiguous challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building trust with internal teams, external partners, and high‑profile creators.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet critical deadlines, especially during weekend incident windows.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Navigating sensitive conversations with diplomacy and cultural awareness.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

At careerzynith, career progression is driven by impact, not tenure. As an Outreach Operations Specialist, you will have direct exposure to senior leadership, policy makers, and product innovators. Remote employees also benefit from a home‑office stipend, high‑speed internet reimbursement, and access to coworking spaces in major cities.
