Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for various hospitality roles, including management, culinary, and guest services positions. Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to understand specific requirements and organizational culture. Source, screen, and interview candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and suitability for hospitality roles. Build and maintain a strong network of hospitality professionals and industry contacts. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process. Stay abreast of trends and developments within the hospitality industry and the talent market. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in the hospitality sector. Proven success in placing candidates in various hospitality roles, from entry-level to senior management. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry landscape and talent pool. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines. A client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
