Senior Solution Consultant Department: Professional Services Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: United States Description OnePlan Solutions, LLC seeks multiple Senior Solution Consultants in San Marcos, CA to deliver complex software solutions based on OnePlan Solutions and Microsoft solutions. Participate as a member of the OnePlan Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs. Work with a Solutions Architect to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements Participate in the hands-on building of the solution leveraging core OnePlan Solutions. Perform testing to ensure the solution performs as designed. Other duties as assigned. Job HQ is in San Marcos, CA, but the position may be performed remotely anywhere in the U.S. Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field. Experience Requirement: 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Special Requirements: Demonstrated ability with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning; Demonstrated ability with systems implementation skills including: requirements/process analysis; conceptual and detailed design; configuration; testing; training; change management; and support; Demonstrated ability with Configuration/Customization on Microsoft Dynamics 365; Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Power Platform Administration and Configuration such as Power Apps, Power BI, and/or Power Automate; Demonstrated ability with Power Apps Model Driven apps Configuration and Security Roles/ Power Apps Security Teams; Demonstrated ability with migrating the Power Apps solution from DEV to TEST and PROD (Un managed solution/ Managed Solution); and Demonstrated ability with enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills.
