What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Providing Expert Guidance: Supervise and mentor an SLP or two with wisdom, patience, and maybe a few dad jokes
- Bringing Your A-Game to IEPs: Attend virtual IEP meetings where your input is actually valued and respected
- Assessment Wizard Work: Complete thorough assessments without the usual headaches and hurdles
- Therapeutic Excellence: Carry a small caseload of your own, delivering engaging teletherapy that makes students forget they're in therapy
- Documentation That Doesn't Make You Cry: Our systems are designed by therapists who understand your pain!
You're Our Ideal Candidate If:
- You have your California SLP License and ASHA CCCs (or will have them soon)
- You're a California resident (always helpful )
- You're bilingual in English and Spanish (essential for serving our diverse student population)
- You have 3+ years of experience working with students (and still have your sense of humor intact!)
- You're comfortable with technology and ready to embrace the virtual therapy world
- You're excited about mentoring others and helping them grow professionally
- You believe therapy can be both effective AND fun
