Who You Are: As Sr. Account Manager, Club on the Beverage team, you will be accountable for the Club channel across our beverage line-up. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Club. What You're Good At: Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with Costco (National and Regional) and Sam’s Club buyers and supply chain individuals. Drive volume, revenue and share across the Nutrabolt Beverage portfolio in the Club channel. Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with both Costco and Sam’s. Adjust as necessary to maximize ROI. Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals. Work cross-functionally with Keurig Dr Pepper National Account team members, internal finance, commercial strategy, RGM, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business. Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for the channel. Manage total trade budgets by brand/account. Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming. Work with DSD team to ensure package availability to ensure 95% + in stock levels. What You Contribute: Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter buyers for the Club channel. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point. Ability to travel 30% Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry. High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge. Experience in building a strategic Joint business plan (JBP) with WM Thrive in a team-selling environment. Knowledge of MULO measured channels a plus. Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines. Broker management experience Why Nutrabolt?
