Sr Analyst, Operations Innovation
DaVita Kidney Care is a healthcare organization dedicated to providing quality care for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure. They are seeking a Sr Analyst, Operations Innovation to collaborate on critical initiatives, manage work streams, and communicate recommendations to senior executives. The role involves problem-solving, analytics, project management, and building relationships with clinic teams.
Responsibilities
- Uses hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
- Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks; uses continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate
- Builds complex models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metrics
- Queries and analyzes large datasets to derive meaningful insights
- Observes operations to incorporate ‘real-world’ considerations into work
- Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
- Distills sophisticated business problems into cohesive, impactful stories
- Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians
- Creates and manages individual work plan and contributes to overall project plan
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-4 years of total work experience
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Evidence of strong partnership ability
