Review and analyze insurance coverage information to determine eligibility and benefits for patients. Communicate with patients, prescribers, and insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies in insurance coverage. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and company standards. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in insurance coverage policies and procedures. Monitor and report on the performance of the benefits verification process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
