Survey Interviewer

Position: Survey Interviewer - Contingent Location: Remote *This position is contingent upon the successful award of the associated contract. Responsibilities: Conduct beneficiary surveys utilizing CATI and web-based platforms, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection. Address respondent inquiries with professionalism while strictly adhering to approved scripts, protocols, and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications: Possess 1+ years of experience in survey administration, call center operations, or a related field Preference given to candidates familiar with healthcare or government-sponsored survey programs.
