Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a proactive and highly organized Legal Practice Assistant to support a growing remote law firm environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys taking ownership of administrative processes, and is eager to create structure where it is needed most. You will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, allowing the attorney to focus on legal work and client outcomes. The position offers a dynamic mix of administrative, client-facing, and operational responsibilities, making a measurable impact on efficiency and service delivery. A candidate who is intuitive, adaptable, and committed to long-term growth will excel in this role.

  • Compensation Range: $1,060 to $1,150 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure processes are organized to prevent tasks from falling through the cracks Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations Track time entries and maintain accurate records Prepare and send retainer agreements to clients Maintain ongoing client communication and follow-ups Support billing processes and ensure timely invoicing Handle email inbox management and correspondence Conduct client intake processes and gather necessary information Coordinate scheduling and maintain accurate calendars Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally Requirements: Required Skills
