Work Schedule

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rates based on experience and skillset
  • W2 and 1099 opportunities available, depending on the project

Who We're Looking For

  • Transitioning Active Duty Service Members (within 6–12 months of separation)
  • Military Veterans with IT or technical experience
  • Military Spouses seeking stable, flexible, or remote IT careers
  • Entry-level candidates with foundational IT training or certifications

What You'll Bring Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military technical background (MOS, AFSC, NEC, or equivalent experience)
  • Industry certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
  • Active or prior Security Clearance (a strong advantage)
  • Ability to operate in structured, high-performance environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a mission-focused mindset
