Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Manage correspondence, emails, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and completion of tasks.

Support back-office functions such as data entry, document organization, and workflow coordination.

Track project progress, update records, and assist in report generation for management review.

Coordinate with different departments to facilitate information flow and operational efficiency.

Assist in financial and procurement tasks such as invoice processing, vendor follow-ups, and expense tracking.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Back Office Support professional (remote experience preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
