After-Hours Staffing Manager
Position: After-Hours Staffing Manager Location: Remote* Pay: $24/hour plus commission Experience: Staffing, recruiting, workforce management, customer service, or related experience preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED required Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 1:00am to 7:00am, and Saturday - Sunday, 6:00am to 5:00pm HireOne Staffing is seeking an After-Hours Staffing Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours staffing operations
- Respond to client requests and urgent staffing needs
- Coordinate employee scheduling, call-offs, and shift coverage
- Communicate with candidates, employees, and clients regarding staffing assignments
- Maintain accurate records of staffing activities and employee availability
- Resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure client requirements are met
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Position Requirements:
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, workforce management, or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Flexible availability to support after-hours operations

Additional Information:
- *This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (DC, Maryland, or Virginia).
- Occasional in-person meetings, trainings, and team gatherings in Washington, DC will be required.
- Candidates should be comfortable supporting staffing operations outside of traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
