The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team. As a full-time position, you'll be working Monday through Friday, with an immediate start date. Enjoy a competitive salary of $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, along with excellent benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks
  • Updating and maintaining records with precision
  • Operating a variety of office equipment, including computers, printers, and photocopiers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer software
  • Experience with standard office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
