Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing all inquiries and services in Italian
  • Finding effective solutions to individual customer problems and concerns
  • Offering necessary information on new products and promotions to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and spoken Italian
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
