Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist with Ukrainian language skills, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support and service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and social media. You'll be responsible for actively listening to customers' needs, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems to the best of your ability. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support

• Actively listen to customers' needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to the best of your ability
• Communicate effectively with customers in Ukrainian and English languages (B2 level, both written and verbal)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
• Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards

Requirements

* Fluency in Ukrainian language (written and verbal)

• Comfortable switching to English language (B2 level, both written and verbal)
• Previous experience in customer support (not required, but a plus)
