* Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and skilled creative professional to join our talented in-house creative studio team as part of the Global Enterprise Marketing function within Global Marketing and Loyalty. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and execute innovative creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all brand areas, including print, web, social media, events, and both B2B and B2C marketing collateral. Partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization, you will help build marketing and social assets that drive consumer awareness, engagement, preference, and loyalty across a portfolio of 18 brands. The ideal candidate will bring a wide range of design capabilities, a solid background in visual communications, digital and social media, branding, and typography, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts in partnership with the Creative Director, Art Directors, and Marketing Strategists
  • Collaborate with Loyalty, Enterprise, Luxury, and Brand marketing teams to understand business objectives and creative needs in support of direct response marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and develop compelling creative solutions across omni-channel touchpoints with a customer-first lens
  • Manage graphic design and social asset creation from concept through design, production, completion, and delivery
  • Present creative ideas and provide business rationale to internal stakeholders for approval and development
  • Evolve, revise, or redevelop marketing and social assets in response to feedback from the Creative Director or internal stakeholders
  • Assist the team with day-to-day production requests, including image selection and reformatting creative for various channels
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines while collaborating across multiple stakeholders with varying priorities
  • Work closely with the project manager to keep all projects on track
  • Adhere to brand identity standards and guidelines while helping to inform the evolution and extension of the visual identity
  • Present design work at various stages to stakeholders for review and final approval
  • Stay current on industry trends, particularly in the digital and social space, and share ideas and recommendations for innovating new templates and design approaches

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to inspire and sell creative rationale to senior management and cross-functional teams

  • Strong creative and organizational problem-solving abilities
  • Experience developing rich media and other forms of online advertising
  • Ability to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity standards
  • Strong interest in social and cultural trends and emerging digital technologies
  • Animation and video production experience is a plus
  • Experience supervising junior designers is a plus
  • Experience working at a creative agency is a plus
  • Background in hospitality, luxury, or consumer brands is a plus

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant design experience, preferably in a design firm, advertising or social agency, or in-house creative department
  • Experience working with a marketing or social department with an understanding of business objectives and the ability to find creative solutions to help achieve those objectives
  • Experience developing rich media and other forms of online advertising or social media assets
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of experience, concepts, and visual styles
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
