This role plays a critical part in providing both tactical and strategic administrative support within the WW Services Channel Sales organization. The successful candidate will work directly with top-level executives, managing their calendars, travel logistics, and expense reports, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. This position emphasizes collaboration and organization, contributing to the overall operational success of the executive teams. The Executive Assistant will be an essential partner, enhancing the productivity of senior leadership and supporting the company's goals from a remote working environment. Accountabilities

  • Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit executive presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting.
  • Ensure effective record keeping and data management for executive requests.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and executives.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent; some college level education preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of general administrative experience or equivalent.
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and executive presentations.
  • Experience managing complex travel itineraries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
