Job Description

As a Bilingual Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chats, phone calls, and emails. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:
