Job Overview

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales. You will work collaboratively with our sales team to create a positive and inclusive shopping experience for every customer. Your performance will be evaluated based on both your personal and productivity goals, as well as your ability to provide an enjoyable in-store experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours
