Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with their pharmacy benefits, insurance claims, and prescription questions. You'll respond to incoming calls, address concerns, and ensure a smooth, caring experience for all callers. Your work will support better health outcomes while creating a positive and productive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to benefits, prescriptions, and claims in a timely and efficient manner. - Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Deliver empathetic and clear communication to assist members with their healthcare needs, providing personalized support and guidance. - Educate callers about resources and tools available to manage their prescriptions and coverage, promoting informed decision-making. - Meet performance goals in a virtual environment, including call quality and accuracy standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- First Call Resolution (FCR) rate - Average Handling Time (AHT) - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores - Quality Monitoring scores - Productivity and efficiency metrics

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear guidance - Basic computer proficiency, especially in remote communication tools and software - Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a call center is a plus, but not required - Must be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable working from home in a virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications) - Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) - Fluency in multiple languages
