Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, interacting with members via chat, email, and phone to resolve their queries and concerns. You will be responsible for providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, as well as guiding members through our features to ensure an optimal user experience. If you're passionate about customer satisfaction, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working from home, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone

  • Provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues
  • Guide members through careerzynith's features and ensure an optimal user experience
  • Document and track customer interactions using internal systems
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements

Requirements

* Residency: Must be based in the United States

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred) + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus)

  • Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
