Job Summary

careerzynith is urgently hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for all UPS-related issues (tracking packages, resolving issues, etc.)
• Provide exceptional customer support by resolving product or service issues promptly
• Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and feedback
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Document and update customer interactions and account information accurately

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems

Compensation and Benefits

The total rewards package for this role includes a competitive salary of $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year, plus full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, and 401K match.
