The Role

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Schedule and Flexibility

We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexibility to our contractors. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, within client and contract hours of operation. This means you can choose when you work, as long as you meet the minimum requirements.

Earnings and Revenue

As an careerzynith contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client and your performance metrics. You can expect to earn between $14 and $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding client and performance targets.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:

• An operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

Contractual Relationship

As an careerzynith contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We'll not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with careerzynith. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
