Job Description

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling our products and services. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and build strong relationships to drive loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact existing customers on behalf of careerzynith to upgrade or resubscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems

• Deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc.
• Deliver productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy, etc.
• Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

* Must be a resident of North Carolina

• Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
• Professional vocabulary
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Assertive, quick thinking
• Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
• Good computer skills
