Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing enthusiastic and compassionate support to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary duties will include:

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of payments industry a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
