What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including chats, emails, and phone calls. Your primary goal will be to provide seamless support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. To achieve this, you'll:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Apply cutting-edge customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Provide omni-channel support, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Fluent English
(C1 minimum) – you'll be communicating with customers and colleagues in English, so strong language skills are essential
Experience in Customer Support
