Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner
• Resolving customer service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
• Effectively responding to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues
• Returning all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner to ensure that customers' concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved in an efficient and complete manner
• Entering service data into computer systems
• Logging information about customer service interactions into systems; updating information in a timely and accurate manner to track service inquiries and resolution
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment (desired)

Training and Development

Work Environment and Culture

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will work from home in a distraction-free environment. careerzynith provides the necessary equipment, and you will be responsible for providing your own high-speed internet connection. You will be required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
