Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our events and relationship management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our event database, coordinating logistics for high-profile events, and building strong relationships with our vendors and partners. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining our event database, including vendor information, event schedules, and logistical details
- Coordinating logistics for high-profile events, including arranging transportation, accommodations, and catering
- Building strong relationships with our vendors and partners, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
- Assisting with event planning and execution, including coordinating with event staff, vendors, and talent
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of event attendance, sales, and revenue
- Providing exceptional customer service to our talent, vendors, and partners
- Collaborating with our events and relationship management team to develop and implement new strategies and initiatives
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, relationship management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and talent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with event management software and databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience in the entertainment industry, including event planning, talent management, or public relations
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles entertainment scene, including buzz-worthy titles, new talent, and industry trends
- Experience with social media marketing and promotion
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools, including eventbrite and ticketing systems
