Job Overview

We are currently seeking two meticulous and dependable Data Entry Specialists to support our medical records management team through a temporary 6-8 week engagement. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and analyzing a substantial volume of medical evaluations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Accurately inputting data into our established database, leveraging Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Dynamics for data management purposes
• Effectively communicating with internal teams to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies
• Upholding strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information, adhering to careerzynith's confidentiality and data protection policies
• Decoding and comprehending medical terminology utilized in evaluations, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping
• Executing data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Managing email correspondence and organizing files efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with experience in data entry and record-keeping
• Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and quality control
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to efficiently manage email correspondence and organize files, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
