Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
• Performing tasks and coordinating with others to drive success
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Providing exceptional customer support, responding to queries, and resolving issues
• Collaborating with the CEO and other team members to achieve business objectives
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, strategy, and optimization
• Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and management
• Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
• A fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
• Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
• Knowledge of or experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research (desirable but not essential)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we're looking for candidates with:

• Google Certification in Google Ads
• Experience with Hubstaff time tracking software
• Knowledge of or experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
• A background in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, your tasks will be broken down as follows:

• Facebook Ads setup and strategy (45%)
• Google Ads setup and optimization (10%)
• Responding to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
• Graphic design (10%)
• General admin (10%)
• Report preparation (5%)
• SEO blog proofreading and editing (5%)
• Lead generation and follow-up (5%)
