Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sourcing Specialist to join our strategic procurement team at careerzynith. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual preparations through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, exposing you to various service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc.

Responsibilities:

* Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders

• Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
• Develop and lead RFI/RFP process for professional services according to careerzynith policies and procedures
• Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
• Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration
• Understand and support the development and execution of performance control programs with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
• Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers or pricing
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current business best practices
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
• Show expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
• Demonstrate experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements
• Have experience working with a legal department on matters related to boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years of services class sourcing

• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
• Strong strategic agility
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Internal client awareness
• Ability/choice to work in various environments
• Ability to handle ambiguity
• Knowledge of:

+ Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on matters related to boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional Services Sourcing background is a plus
• Consulting/Advisory background is a plus

Required Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
