Remote Automotive BDC Specialist — Warm Leads, Real Coaching, Room to Grow Pay: $17–$18/hr Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM PST Location: 100% Remote — Open only to residents of California, Texas, Florida, or Tennessee Required: Bilingual English/Spanish, 1+ year call center experience (automotive BDC preferred)
What You'll Do
Call existing dealership customers, build rapport, handle objections, and set service and sales appointments. No prospecting. No buying lists. What You Need
- 1+ year call center experience (automotive BDC preferred)
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish — full conversations, objection handling, appointment setting in both
- Reliable home setup: computer with dual monitors, noise-canceling headset, 25+ Mbps internet, quiet workspace
- Self-disciplined, organized, coachable
