Key Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Administrative Assistant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing digital calendars, scheduling virtual appointments, and coordinating online meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members
  • Performing accurate and timely data entry using cloud-based tools, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality
  • Responding to phone calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent remote communication etiquette and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting in preparing documents, forms, and reports as needed, utilizing Google Docs, Sheets, and other tools to support daily operations and streamline processes
  • Maintaining organized digital filing systems via Google Drive and other platforms, ensuring easy access to critical information and documents
  • Collaborating with team members through virtual tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, etc.) to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
  • Utilizing Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) to support daily operations and streamline processes, with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role, with medical office or telehealth experience a plus
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a remote work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Typing accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information, with a strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality protocols
